Curious. Is it possible to wet your diaper whilst asleep and not having the need to wake up and do it consciously? If so how have you made this happen over time?

It's possible even without forcing it to happen. Just be wary of the consequences that are not easy to come back from. There are a large number of people that suffer with these similar conditions that they did not ask for. You do you. But think first.

There is a big difference between having to be in Diapers and choosing to be in Diapers.

I had an overactive dlader and suddenly it was no longed a choice.

I now have psychological incontinence as the doctor put it, I no longer trust my body when I go out.

I understand the tension of wanting to sleep a pee at the same time. But for me I didn't like have wet sheet.

.
From what others have posted in the forums over the years, once someone intentionally trains themselves to wet at night as an adult, it is incredably difficult to stop.
What happens is the brain wakes up only enough to relax the bladder muscles, and immediately goes back to sleep.

From my own personal experience ( being incontinent due to medical issues ), it is a pain in the tail having to deal with bedwetting. You will need to find a couple good quality mattress protectors, good quality bed pads, really really good fitting diapers to prevent side and/or top leaks ( good quality liners also helps a lot ), and absorbent plastic pants ( Babykins sells good ones in my opinion ).

Also, whenever I travel away from home, I have to take my bedwetting stuff with me everywhere I go.
