Auto lock

Is it perhaps possible to not autolock threads on the wiki discussion forum. I've seen a few times where someone had to unlock it because it was locked and people wanted to post in it. And it discourages people from posting if they have to ask a mod first to open it.

Just a random question I thought up when I saw this thread. How long does it take before a thread automatic locks?

I don't mind unlocking threads on request, it's not very often that we need to resurrect old threads from there since not too much article discussion takes place at this point.

I don't mind unlocking either, it's just that it discourages people to use it. And as it's as inactive as it is I don't think we can really use that.

Threads in that forum will no longer be auto-locked after 60 days.
