I am okay this evening.
A short time ago I took my 0.6 mile daily hobble using my blue rollator walker frame.
Before Supper I watched:
NEW CAPTAIN SCARLET
THE ADVENTURES OF FLASH GORDON
After my daily exercise walk, I watched:
G. I. JOE - A REAL AMERICAN HERO
KYUUKYUU SENTAI GOGOFIVE
So far all day today I have not watched anything about the hate-filled elderly man living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC.
I do not want to.

I had band practice today which was fun. It was the best part of my day. I got my hair cut this morning. It hadn't been cut since February so it was long; lots of long gray hair suddenly hitting the floor with each snip snip.
