ASD and diapering

I am wondering if people who wear diapers, whether ABDL or IC (or both), and who also have autism are used to following certain "routines" when diapering and so on. What does that routine include?

Since I mainly use diapers at night, I take my shower and try to use the toilet and then put on my diaper that I've already played out because if I don't I will most likely be waken up to a wet bed. In the morning I take off my diaper and put on my pullups after I use to toilet.

Its pretty much as needed during my daily routines !
Differently need change first thing in the morning that of sure !!
