Depend Pants Easy Fit Smls Med 18: Amazon.co.uk: Health & Beauty

So yea, i found these on amazon.co.uk Perfect for the UK people :D Off course, if you have used amazon before you will know it's all discrete and very good delivery services.

Im home alone for 5 days soon, and really tempted to get these. It says Pants, but clearly shows tabs on the pictures, and high absorbancy. Also, a review said "you can also use as a nappy, and the tabs don't come off over night"

Perfect find for me =] Just sharing.

I wear cloth and often buy them on Amazon. Though I'm not into disposable's, I know from others have said, Depend's are terrible. Since you're ordering on line, you can do a lot better. People seem to like the 24/7's. You might check with Darkfinn. He seems to be the Guru on such matters.

Tommy, another site that guarentee's next day delivery is Attends uk, if you order before 1pm the day before you cal select next day delivery. (Link Below)

Attends Lifestyles Healthcare Incontinence Products

Or depending on when you plan to order, another good site would be cosyndry, they also send discreete and should be able to offer next day delivery. If you email them on their contact page they are normally quick at responding and should be able to verify that, they sell disposable diapers/nappys.

Cosy n Dry

Note: Cosyndry are not shipping deliveries untill 11th july because they are sorting out their stock (see website for info)

or

Dorset nursing supplies, they offer 24-48hour delivery, so might be worth having a look or dropping them a email. (Although i have never used them before, i have heard good things about then)

Medical Supplies, Diagnostics Sets, Disabled Equipment - Dorset Nursing Supplies Ltd

Hope this helps.

They look like the Depends Refasinables that they sell here in the US. Not very absorbent, narrow crotch, and no leak guards = leaky diaper. Not the way you want to spend quality diaper time.

I got a pack of these today because they were in a sale and looked interesting. I will report back when I've properly tried them, but even before then, I have a few comments to make about them...

Ok, so they can be put on as pull-ups and taken down like pull-ups. Simple enough. Then they also have tapes (velco type) which I guess can be used to create a tighter fit. Thirdly, and here's the clever bit, much like Huggies Convertables, you can tear down the sides and use the tapes to put it on like a nappy. That should be simple. But simple it was not, because having used adult pull-ups and being used to the tear-away sides for removal, I tore along these sides. Then I realised the tapes were now on what would logically be the front of the nappy and the wrong way up such that only putting the nappy on inside-out would be possible! Then...I looked very closely and noticed a fine, almost invisible perforation behind the tapes and realised my mistake.

I'm not sure how well the tapes will stick to the stretchy area that they will land on, and I hope they don't have to land specifically on the very spot they came from. That would defeat much of the practical benefit of being able to re-adjust. Perhaps anyone who has tried these could inform me on these things!

Also, as I read somewhere on the web, maybe here, when you look closely you can see little stars printed on the cloth-feel fabric. I've heard this is because Kimberly-Clark use the same material for Depends as they do for Huggies and DryNites.

I've also noticed the lack of leak guards and the cheap-looking squared pad and I don't have high hopes for the performance of these. But it will be interesting and at least they were in a sale.
