Does anyone know of a pull-up diaper in colors or more grown up prints that could almost pass for a men's brief?
 
Well Bambino made a pull up version of their magnifico. I've never tried them, but heard that they're not that great
 
Depend real fit look just like regular underwear.
 
If you are okay with washable, take a look at Threaded Armor (Super Undies). I wear them for the comfort, but don’t wet them.
