Dont quite know how to best describle this but has any other men had this problem with nappies? When i try to pee either standing, sitting or lying my penis pushes hard against the nappy and stops the pee coming out and the pressure builds so high it actually starts to hurt. The only way is if i push slightly on the nappy to make my penis point down? Just wondered if i was on my own or doing something wrong with my nappy?

This happened to me the first time I wet lying down. I think a combination of relaxing, adjustment, and practice(?) helps. I found angling off to one side rather than straight up or down helped a lot too.

Happens to me about 25% of the time. A minor bump down there or taking a waddled step usually frees up the stream and no more issue. It can be a bit uncomfortable when it happens at work, but I usually try to only pee when I know I can discreetly adjust myself down without anyone noticing.

I havr noticed this as well when i first wet . My best advice is point him down. If when u get to a point when diapers are not causing "excitement" down there than it does become easier from my experience.

I have never had this problem but thinking about the subject I always adjust myself to a straight up position every time I fit a new nappy.

I would comment that try to eliminate as many kinks; bends and curves in the piping resulting in a direct gravity feed downward.
And another thing stop wearing clothing that is too tight in the crotch pinching and crimping the piping in that area.
Men wearing skirts are not in vogue YET but it is silly to wear compression shorts and squeeze the life out of the plumbing !

Cargo pants / cargo shorts are the best way to go, it's been my experience they have the best clearance in the crotch. My diapers can generally keep a good solid "V" in them without having to go left or right. Best thing I've found for work is loose-fitting kakki slacks. Those still force my diaper into a bit of a W though, and that makes thinks get more crowded downtown.
