Another toolbar problem

When viewing the VBJIRC chat page, the toolbar links below the first line are wrong. They all point to PHP files in the VBJIRC directory, and very few of them actually exist there. Most of them are one level up.

So clicking on anything in the second line, for instance FAQ, gets a 404 error. This applies also to the part of the page between the two lines of the toolbar.

I know it's a simple fix . . .

I've fixed it now.

There are still some links that assume the wrong directory level. The one that bit me just now was the private messages one. Also the one to go to the top level community view.
