Adult size sleeper

Does anyone know if there are any of those no-leg closed at the bottom fleece sleepers/sacks for AB's? I guess it would zipper down the front and have sleeves. Any idea?

Like your whole bottom half is in a sack and it has sleeves? An adult sleep sack kinda deal? Snaps 4 U, or starry ideas might be able to do it.
