I recently started using diapers for a couple of reasons 1. I'm a caeegiver for someone very close to me they are in them 24/7 I thought it wasn't fair for them to be alone in wearing diapers. 2. Is I have incontinence several types so it just makes sense to wear diapers and I'm working my way up to 24/7. Is there any tips to help me feel more confident in diapers I already love wearing them and knowing I can pee/poop in them.

If you feel uncomfortable, it is usually time to change. Plastic pants and cotton underwear underneath will absorb leaks so they don’t show. Wash when you change. Diaper rash isn’t fun.

Hi, that is very kind of you to care for and acompany a loved one.
Diapers are a very useful tool that help alot of us with our incontinence.
Just be yourself, trust in the diapers to help you get through everyday in life.
It is kinda difficult in the begining to get used to
wearing them.
It took me quite a while to adapt to them well.

After wearing full-time for sometime now, it's just become underwear for me. My family knows that I wear and it's now big deal. We are usually self conscious about wearing and that everyone can tell that you are padded up. Not too many people can tell unless its showing or your wearing really tight clothing with super thick diapers. Some suggestions, try different brands to get the right fit for your needs. diapers should be comfortable and form fitting. Not too tight but not too lose. Go with plain white diapers while away from the home just in case it does show. Diaper rash is a real thing not just for babies. Find a nice baby powder to use for dryness. Also, change a few times a day. Adult diapers can hold a lot but not a good idea to sit around in a wet diaper. Stay hydrated to keep from smelling like urine. Last but not least, enjoy your diapers. Once you find the right combination, it will become normal over time.

Confidence comes with time and knowing that the diaper you are wearing will not leak. I recommend a variety of diapers to suit the situation. For example, traveling for 2 plus hours? Wear a more absorbent diaper. I also recommend trying clothes on before buying them while wearing. Some clothes will do a better job of hiding the bulk than others.

if you’re looking for confidence, the best thing you can do is making sure that you consistently use HIGH-quality diapers that fit your contour well when you’re out in public. Be cheap and you’ll risk a leak. If you need any recommendations, I don’t think there’ll be any shortage here. Other minor advise; use baby powder, always pack an extra diaper and wipes even if you have a high capacity diaper. And the last piece of advice I have is to understand that diapering gets easier with time in all aspects and situations. At least until you get older and it gets difficult to change yourself. If you do still have control over your muscles, I would think most healthcare professionals would advise that you try to maintain as much control as possible over them. Relying on diapers can atrophy these muscles. Cheers!

BetterDry are good diapers, I started with those. Daddy likes me in Crinklz, (NSC North Shore Care) especially 12hr mega max's and Rearz diapers.
