adhd and weed

hi all.
iv been finding i get very.. adhd..y.. now iv stopped smoking weed as much. i used to smoke quite a lot every day but the last 6 months i cut right back and havnt had any for about 3 months. iv found i have a lot more adhd behaviours than i did when i was younger and wondered if anyone else finds that too?

I find that weed helps me manage my adhd. Certain strains really help me focus without causing me to lose motivation.
That said, it's possible you were chemically medicating your adhd and now that you stopped your brain chemistry is back to normal.
