We try something new on Aberrantly Me this week. A friend, Seth, recently discovered what he believes may be an answer to how he has been feeling regarding himself, self worth, and his connection with his spirituality and religion. Scrupulosity, or religious OCD, is the inability to feel fully forgiven for something we have done wrong (sin). I appreciate Seth in his collaboration with this post. Check it out! (He has a blog coming as well, stay tuned for that!)

A wonderful blog. I had never heard of the concept of scrupulosity (Religious OCD), but it makes a perfect sense. Seth's account was compelling, deeply moving and enlightening. Thank you.
