Can someone shed some light on the difference between Abena Delta-Form L3 and Abena Abri-Form Premium L3? They're the same unit price from xpmedical.com and I'm trying to figure out the difference. Thanks for your help.

I don't have an answer, but this is an excellent question.

One is cloth backed(premium) the other is now more just the replacement for abriform(delta) IMO.

Looking at what's listed on xpmedical:

The abri-form comes in two types, cloth backed and plastic backed. Cloth backed abena is universally regarded as terrible, regardless of preferences between the two (odor control is awful and the outside tends to feel damp and clammy after a few hours).
They would be these two kinds listed here:
http://xpmedical.com/abriform-premium.html
http://xpmedical.com/abriform.html
Since you mention L3, I'll assume you're asking about the cloth-like ones?

The delta-form is like a budget version of the abri-form. It's missing the elastic waistband but apparently is otherwise comparable to the abri-form. If you look at the diaper review page on the XP site you'll see the pictures look basically identical (although they're from before the cloth switch). I never tried them after the switch, but I see the description says they have that now. It also says it's non-breathable, which quite possibly means it's not going to have the same problem with being damp and clammy that the abriforms do. The deltaforms would be these guys: http://xpmedical.com/deltaform.html

And then you mention same price, but I'm not seeing it. Were you converting it to cost per diaper or?

Yeah, price per diaper between the Abriform cloth back L3 and the Delta L3 are the same on case price. $1.25 per. I just ordered some samples of the NorthShore so we'll see where that steers the decision.
