Abena Nappies provided in restaurant toilet!

I went to a very upmarket restaurant in a UK city today for brunch and in the baby/disabled toilet there was a changing set with Abena nappies in it. XS2 size, so youth - but very surprising to see!

Does this correspond to the region in UK where kids are showing up to school in diapers, not potty-trained? 🤔

I think it is a rare occurrence seized upon by publications with a fairly loose definition of truth rather than a trend.
