A wet costco day

Today marks now I know the shame of someone that is incontence. I couldn't make it to the restroom because of the store not open yet. Anyway. I thought I leak some just to get by only to discovery of peeing and then I was done. Is this due to weak legal muscle. Heaving strong coffee. And drinking too late. Or using my diaper at work and peeing in it. What do I do ? Am I leading to incontence ?
 
Okay I do have an uralogist and he knows I have prostate issues. I guess only he can say I am normal or incontence. I guess workout is the best for the shame
 
Haha, a weak legal muscle and heaving strong coffee will do that every time.
 
I am debating. Between diaper vs. Just use one scoop of coffee.
 
I mean you scoop out coffee grinds of one scoop and make it one cup not. 2 scoops and 1. 1/2 cups before going out to Costco. Which. 40 minutes away
