A toy that eats you up

A thing that fascinates my little self is pretending to be eaten alive (I've written about this in "stories"), by a monster or fierce animal, which is a staple of so many children's stories. My favourite slippers are ones where my feet are eaten by sharks, as in my new profile picture. But I can imagine a much bigger toy which does this not just to my feet, but my whole body: a big hollow stuffie monster into which I can crawl through the mouth or belly, which can then be zipped shut. A caregiver would be able to carry out the threat of "the monster will eat you up". For me, being inside would actually be quite comforting.

A similar thing could be a monster onesie, where your head appears through an open mouth full of teeth, which can again be zipped shut, over your head.

Does this appeal to anyone else, and could you imagine such a toy?

Reminds me a lot of those D&D monster chests, know you where you think your rich but it's a trap and the chest wants to eat you Haha.

That sounds like a fun way of helping kids face their fears. Kind of like how the poop emoji has taken away a lot of the stigma associated with natural bodily functions. Using something fun and silly to make people and especially kids not be so uncomfortable with the world around them.

Looks like there have been a few of these over the years. I love them.
