Well im looking for a good diaper that would fit me well, im not really worried about it leaking as i wont use it often. So first thing i guess would be measurements... 32" waist roughly and 110 lbs. I hope that would do, the ones i have been looking at have been Pampers size 7 and pull ups 4T-5T. and goodnites, i have tried a Pampers 4 it came actually close to fiting (about 2 inch from connecting). Also a good way to get them would be nice, ive been thinking of cutting a pack open and taking 1 (got a long trench-coat) but only as a last resort. (sorry if this is in the wrong thread)

Well Pampers size 7 won't fit you, however they make good doublers for other diapers. Good nights may work, but it depends on the body type.

Well...I don't really understand why you are so careful...

My first TB purchase (and first diaper purchase): Motocycle helmate, sunglasses, MP3 player (to keep my mind on the goal), and SMS-enabled (text message) phone (I was on Yahoo! Messenger...talking to people for emotional support).

Try something like that, maybe?

Pampers size 7 will fit him most likely. Not perfectly, but they will. I have a 34 inch waist and I can tape them just fine. they cover my whole bum and everything, those diapers are huge. On a side note though, I really do find that Luvs 6 are actually even a little bigger, and are much cheaper and come in smaller bags (easier to stuff in a backpack).

My suggestion is, take a backpack, buy some kiddie diapers, even if they are goodnites no one is gonna think they are for you, and put them in your backpack outside the store . Really, it's not that hard. Kiddie diapers are the easiest things to buy.

you could buy other stuff too, its really your choice. i know target sells Luvs for like 7.99 or 8.99 for like a 20 pack (not exact number), and target carries a lot of other stuff, so that would pretty easy.

I would suggest Luvs. Also, before you put them on, it helps to pre-stretches the sides a little bit. Makes the fit a little more comfy.

...buy them?

If you have issues with the embarrassment of it, just remember that they are baby diapers. Not exactly the strangest item you can buy. I wouldn't recommend stealing them from a store. It'd probably be even more embarrassing explaining it to security and parents.

However, if you are after just the one diaper (because you can't hide the whole pack?), then I guess you are in a spot of a bad luck. No other option really than to just get a whole pack. I guess you could try eBay, as people sometimes sell diapers separately on there. But I personally wouldn't do that. I like mine fresh from my own packet.

Good luck! Since this is your first diaper run, I'd recommend you get something that you know will fit, like Goodnites. Imagine how sucky it would be if you went to all that effort for something that didn't fit!

I, uh, wouldn't recommend stealing them though. >_>

Don't worry about purchasing them... I know it's a bit of a daunting experience, but it only lasts a minute or so and if you do it at a time of day where there aren't many people about and in an area you don't usually visit, what could possibly go wrong?

Buying them isn't as bad as you think...If there is a self checkout available, then use that...Otherwise just walk up to the counter with them like it's a normal thing...The cashier doesn't care what you have, why you have them, etc...After a while it gets easier to buy them

Well i wasnt able to buy them today because i forgot the very important wallet... but im also somewhat glad as im not sure if the diapers will even fit, Now im asking which has the smaller bag Luvs size 6 Pampers size 7 goodnites (please specify size based on first post) or pull-ups 4T-5T. i would prefer the one with the smallest package.

Take a tape measure and measure around your waist...And get the diapers that will fit...That way you will know if they will fit or not...

I am sorry if I was not specific but what I meant was the bag if it would fit in my backpack (going to take some stuff out for more room). Anyway, if you could tell me which has the smallest bag size that would be great. I am kind of leaning away from luvs as I still remember how they smell; I am not too fond of the baby diaper smell especially if I am going to be wearing it, so either the pull ups or Pampers size 7… which in your opinion is the best?

Walgreens in the Midwest here sell the Pampers size 7 in an 18 count bag. The bag itself measures 6.5 x 9.5 x 4.5

 Wow you kids theseday crack me up. Well I am glad you decided stealing was a bad idea, well at least I hope you did! Anyways I also really hope you do not get baby diapers, because thats a dumb move for a 32 inch waist, you will regret it.

I have a 30 inch waist, probably more more like 29.5 inches, and I tried size 6 pampers before at this same waist size and they did not fit. The tapes were still about a half inch from reaching the front of the diaper. Now for the size 7s I know they are bigger, so I know they would defiantly fit me, but I do NOT want them because I know that absorbancy would not even hold one regular wetting from me. Now your waist is two inches bigger so there is a chance they might not fit you. Even if they do fit they will be super tight, and not very comfortable. Yes I know hypnotized said they fit her, but thats because she is girl! We have that extra package down there that makes for a need of bigger diaper to rap around between out legs, which makes the tapes farther apart.

So I highly advise NOT getting baby diapers. I would highly suggest getting goodnites. They are pulls ups, and hold much more with better absorbancy than a baby diaper. I know you are embarassed about purchasing diapers, but your making a WAY bigger deal out of it than it is. Just walk around the store once when you get there to make sure that you do not know anyone there that might be shopping there. Then after that calmly and slightly quickly grab a package of Goodnites for boys size Large-Xlarge. They have two kinds of packages for these, a pack with about 20 in them and a back with about 12 in them, and both would fit in a empty backpack. Then take them to a self check out, or just take them to the cashier. They are not going to say anything to you about it, they could get fired for that. Plus your never going to see them again, accept maybe to buy more diapers, so who cares? They can't tell any of your friends or family because they do not know you!!!

So take that advice and everything will work out just fine.

I don't know the exact dimensions... but IIRC Goodnites come in relatively small bag sizes, so unless you've got a really small backpack you could fit maybe even 2 in. Backpacks are a highly differentiated product, so depending on what backpack you have you could carry more or less diapers, even if you had to open the bag to take some out and re-arrange them. I think my backpack was able to hold an entire bag of Depends without me having to move some around... though I might've; ah, it's been a good backpack.

If you have them in your area, I'd suggest going to Walgreens or CVS/pharmacy, because not only are they more out-of-the-way than the regular Wal-Mart/Target/K-Mart/Shopko/etc (meaning less chance of running into someone you meet), but also if you want to think about it they should have at least Depends, if not more for your consideration.
