I am a DL and enjoy the feeling of wearing my diaper I prefer a thick diaper and plastic pants. I also enjoy using my diaper it is a comforting feeling and a stress reliever. My diaper also has a strong sexual attraction. I have been attracted to my diapers form a very early age and find the attraction can be overwelming at times.

Yeah, "as a fetish" seems kinda missing from the poll tbh. Unless you meant that sexual interest is inherent with the term DL.

I also don't really understand the meaning of the "respect" option.

I chose respect, because there are times when I need them, but I'm trying to keep the weird control I have, which isn't as much as normal, hence incontinence.

I chose collector because I plan to be, very much so.

Surely “fetish” is a ginormous omission.

I do wear diapers with the intent of using them, and that supports my little side, but there’s a fetish thing too. I spend hours in diapers most days, and inevitably there are a couple of minutes-long excursions into sexy-land. In terms of time spent wearing, they’re a small part of the big picture, but as a feature of my sexuality they need to be embraced or I become miserable. They’re not “little,” but then neither am I, really.

I use them for pee and poop. I’m also a adult baby so that’s another reason I wear them and use them for their intended purpose.
