So I get to wear 24/7 this past 3 weeks. Does it still count if I poop in the toilet?

Sure, its what I do most of the time. My wife doesn't like me to mess in my diapers but is perfectly fine with me wearing diapers and wetting myself. She changes me most of time as well so I don't want to do anything that would upset her. She does let me mess in my diapers once or twice a month and that's enough for me.

In the IC world there are several different types depending on your specific medical issue.
- 24/7 and wet is the most common group and largest group.
- 24/7 wet and messing is less common but of size
- From here it depends on the specifics of one's medical issues.
- Bedwetters are included as there is only the requirement that not being able to physically get out of bed, getting out but not with time to make it to the toilet, etc..

I think it’s whatever you feel comfortable with at the time, as unless you are incontinent if you are wearing for relaxation or pleasure it is entirely up to you with what feels right or is practical or appropriate.

I have been in nappies all this weekend since Friday afternoon and I’m now in bed and have just wet myself and have used my nappies almost exclusively. I say almost, as yesterday I needed to pee shortly after showering following a change, and since I hadn’t towelled myself dry at the time and being in the bathroom, it just made sense to use the toilet. However, I have wet and messed on all the other occasions when I needed to go this weekend, so I would still consider that I have been in nappies 24/7 (or 24/3 to be precise!).

Yeah, I’d say anytime you’re wearing only a diaper, whether or not you use it, you’re 24/7. I was 24/7 and only wet myself

As far as I know there’s no one that actually wears 24/7 as there’s those few minutes every day when you’re in the process of changing your diapers (and I’m in the shower cleaning my diaper area). Aside from those few minutes every day I’m wearing diapers for my dual ic and they’re being used, but not at my discretion so for me even attempting to use the toilet could an unwise choice and messy situation. If you’re using the toilet I wouldn’t say that you’re 24/7, but why is that so important? And what’s this “does it count” stuff? As long as you’re content with the manner in which you wear your diapers don’t let it bother you what anyone has to say about it.

When I wear all weekend like this last one, I do all my pee in my nappies but do mess in the toilet once or twice a day. I keep the front of the diaper over my baby peepee while on the toilet so any pee goes in that as it should.
I find peeing regularly in my diaper actually means I need to mess less often than on normal days

I susppose you could call it 23/7...one hour a day for the three 'S's'...S^&t, shower and shave!

Unless you're looking for affirmation and encouragement as a submissive where you'll be told what it means.... You do you! No 24/7 shaming ("your not doing it right!") from this puppy! 24/7 generally means being diapered, padded or otherwise protected with few but prudent exceptions. Most of us regularly bathe without diapers for example, and we don't count that against 24/7. It's really just another inaccurate shortcut and label as all of us seem to have exceptions and different ways we experience 24/7 individually.

In this puppies personal experience and practice, it strives for full usage with the common exceptions of sexy fun time with others and bathing. But even that rule has exceptions, such as sometimes using toilet for #2 when away from home / in public. Gym, doctors visits, and other public incidental exposure where underwear might be expected to be seen but not sought out usually doesn't warrent an exception for this pup as it's my underwear, not (necessarily) yours lol.
