as it is the summer holidays I been going bed gone past 12:00, but last night I went to bed at 11:30 and it felt great. but I hate getting up early, I don't like getting up early, cus I have nothing to do when I get up I like to lay in until 11:00 but ain't been able to pass few days.

but I did feel good when I went to bed

I always go to bed a 11:30 to 12:00 because I don't get off work until 10:30 and I get up around 8 are 9 am :twocents:

I would love your work schedule.... I have to wake up at 5:40 in the morning to get to an 8:15 or 8:30 summer college class that is 30-45 minutes away from home. Then after homework I can relax, but only until 10pm when I am obligated to go to sleep by any means necessary. If I don't go to sleep by 10pm... I become either a zombie or a grumpy person.

For me I need to have my sleep if I am to stand any chance of Adulting the next day. Bed time for me is about 10.30 then upce at 6.30 to get ready for a bay of Adulting and when I gat home I have a nap as well.

I just accepted that I need the same sleep pattern as a toddler, being a Little. I do feel better for it.

If I have to change my patten and I don't have as much sleep then I can feel my self getting a bit more stress.

my brain is active when I try to go to sleep so it takes me a while to get to sleep

I'm usually in bed by 9pm, and up 5am. This gives me just enough time to do a morning yoga workout and walk my dogs, as well as get ready and go to work by 8am (I also leave work at 4:30 and get to beat rush hour traffic both ways)

I'd much rather do all of this when it's cool and quiet out, rather than in the sweltering evening heat with everyone else. I'm also used to those hours from my days in the military.

For some time I worked in a tropical climate, where a very early start to the working day was the norm, since the sun made serious toil uncomfortable after about 11 a.m. To compensate most people took a 'siesta' for a couple of hours during the afternoon. Since then I have always fitted in an afternoon nap if possible, even though this can make socialising difficult in colder climates, and it seldom suits required work patterns
I very much like this 'split day' as I can then carry on desk work, especially, till very late evening without feeling in the least bit tired.
If I am working on any serious project for work or leisure I can carry on with very little sleep for several days, but when it is finished will bunk down to recover for up to 12 hours or more. Erratic sleep patterns have never worried me.

I go to bed at 10 - 10:30 but I get up at 5:30am whether I have to get up to adult or not. There are nights I go to be at 9:30 if I'm super tired but not often and every so often I'll stay up late but I still wake up early no matter what, that's just when my body gets me up!
