xp medical diapers

I wear the abena Lycra compression shorts over my diaper. That helps keep the tapes flat. I also practice what I call the no touch protocol... I don't rub powder in I sprinkle and that's is. Powder the back of the diaper, then powder your front of your body not the diaper... Any lotions or creams are applied with gloves. Then always rub the tape between the thumb and index finger for a nice pressure

I haven't tried the iD slips yet but I did try the semi Quattros and those are great I save them for when I want a top quality cloth backed for a hot day.
