Actually, I hear they take half the winnings.

I apologize, but I do not play lottery games.
I sort-of see them as predation against the poor, elderly, and the disabled by the government.
There is more evil to them than good.

The nerve of lottery tickets. Almost every time I buy these things, I would lose my chance at winning anything. No fair!

BTW, if you do win the prize shown on the ticket, it doesn't mean you'll receive all the money because there's a tax on it. The bigger your prize is, a bigger tax bill you'll receive.

I actually did buy a ticket for the Wednesday night drawing where it was at the 1.5 billion level. I won $8 yippee
