Yes I do worry and are casious about the smell of my wet diaper. But since I have chosen diapers as a mean to deal with my OAB / Urge incontinence, and wear and use diapers 24/7, there's not much I can do about it. Diapers are still the most effective way of dealing with leakage.
Babypowder and plastic pants on top of the disposable diapers help keep the smell down to a minimum, and I only use diapers which have active odor control too.
I have never heard any one comment, that I smell of urine, only in the morning have my wife sometimes commented that I needed a change, but that's after being in a wet diaper the whole night.
