You can buy from Babykins material (buy by the yard) that is like a regular bedsheet except it has a rubber membrane in between the 2 sides, so it's just a little thicker than a normal sheet and very luxurous,I recommend that with a pad over top.that with a good diaper triple protects the mattress and your wallet.

Congrats mate! Yae most wont really bother you about it because most would assume its medicaly related as it is in your case! Most havnt even heard of thE term ABDL. Most people are pretty understanding of private issues like IC I would say.
 
Thanks. It is a lot easier than I thought. It is nice to be able to toss my diaper rather then leaving it.
