What do you guys use to cope?

When I get stressed or feel heavy pressure I turn my to attention odd subjects. I learned how to wield a sword. I design things on the side. I have sketches of guns, buildings, cars, and a bunch of other things. Besides that I also study different subjects. Last week I went over the military tactics of World War II. Other times I just meditate to maintain mental focus
 
In my case I go to my little place crinkle up put on a Walt Disney movie snuggle bear bear.
It helps me .
