this is an article talking about the benefits of coloring as an adult! And how it's helpful with reducing stress lol it's like no dip we've known this for awhile! Super cool article though as it explains the science behind what we already know lol.

I think I had seen that somewhere. I've always found coloring relaxing, I think maybe because it doesn't demand much from me. I just pick the colors and try to stay in the lines and then suddenly, you have this neat picture.
 
I saw a News report about that around Christmas, I think. I didn't knew that colouring could have that effect.
 
That's interesting. I love it.
 
I never heard of this and I always wanted to color when I am being little. Great article.
