I don't know if this is how xp medical works. I ordered a sample pack of Dry 24/7. I got a email from my paypal, but no shipping info from the site itself is this how they work.

It sometimes took 2 days before I got my shipping info from them.

If you use paypal that is how it works. If you pay them directly you see it much faster. When using paypal they send paypal all of the information then paypal should send it to you, but they can be really slow about it.

if you go to the xp medical website their should be and email address or phone number that you can contact them about your order to see if they got it or if they have shipped it yet

If its a sample pack, could it be going through USPS instead of the commercial carriers, and probably no tracking then. Just a thought of why you haven't seen one yet.

My diapers just came in. Yay!
