need help with Ps3!!

So I recently reset my ps3, it was having some issues and resetting it fixed one issue, I went to go reinstall a game [prototype] but I get a message saying I don't have enough space in the HDD it needs 649 mb, but my hard drive has 260 GB of free space. HELP!!!
 
delete the old install then reinstall it see if that works
