Pacifier taste like soap

Ok, so my mam and nuk pacifiers taste like dish soap after rinsing 5billion times... I tried washing them in dishwasher to get rid of taste, but still no effect, any ideas of how to get rid of the soap taste?

//reason I cleaned them with soap was because I found a mouse had gotten into my hiding spot for them.

My first thoughts were either baking soda or vinegar but I decided to have a look online. Soak it in a pot of boiling water with a tablespoon of baking soda.
