So, what are some of the little details or simple things in life that you just love? Here's a few I thought of off the top of my head. I've kept this to things I enjoy as an adult, as I've discussed my favourite things as an AB in threads before...

- Wearing a favourite T-shirt on a sunny day
- Curling up on the sofa to watch TV when it's raining/snowing outside
- The first sip of a cold beer after a long day
- My cat nuzzling up to me when he first sees me in a morning
- Walking into a packed football ground, hearing the atmosphere and seeing the pitch
- Takeaway curry. Usually accompanied by watching a quiz show
- Laughing over random old memories with friends

I'm leaving out the obvious, ABDL related things.

-Cloud formations on a sunny day
-Having a shower
-Wind, either out walking in it or listening to it buffet the building
-Using something that works just right, like a good tool or a box lid that fits perfectly
-Finding something new
-Biscuits and gravy
-Having someone get your obscure or old reference

Every day when I come home from work my cats are excited to see me and every morning they lick my nose to wake me up.

The feeling of accomplishment after a good workout/long day/ beaten video game.

Cooking a fancy meal or making something I have never made before.

I love that first cup of coffee in the morning and reading the morning newspaper.

I can't wait for the warmer weather when I'll go out riding my bike on our bike trail. I love the woods and nature, and a warm sunny day makes it all the better.

I love staying home on a cold winter day and having a fire in the wood stove. Typically I'll play music on the surround sound. Again, another cup of coffee is in order.

Sitting at my Korg keyboard and playing some Chopin or Bach.

Working on a story, and arriving at the ending, having it all work at as I type, The End.

-Finishing writing a song
-When one of my cats snuggles next to me after I have a bad day; it's like they know
-Looking back on old memories

These are a few of my favorite thinks( sings when no one is looking).....

_talking with someone I haven't seen in a while.
_beating a level for the first time or 20th.
_thinking of ways to make me a sandwhich.
_being called big brother.

It's sad to think the list of things that makes someone happy usually gets smaller as time passes and the amount of happiness those things make also gets smaller as you get older. I feel this is definitely true for me and is probably one of the reasons I'm into ABDLism so I think your post covers a good topic to discuss.

Some things that make me happy are:

-getting a paycheck, especially a big one.

-thinking of a snappy comeback, joke, or pun on the spot as oppose to later that night when you're in bed or sometime after the fact.

-finding money in a pocket.

-finding surprisingly decent food and/or ice cream in the fridge /freezer.

-hitting nothing but green lights on the road.

-a good video or film to watch.

-a good song.

-finally feeling content enough with the Redditting you've done, the posts you've surfed, responded to, and made to the point that you're finally okay with sleeping.

Being barefoot.
Light, gentle breezes on a spring day.
Paid time off from work.
Learning new things.

Getting to the gym and seeing that aside from staff / trainers it's empty.

A strong, yet smooth coffee - any time of day.

Ending that day's diary / journal entry on the PC (when I sit down and do it - which is most days).

Oh, and putting on a pair of new panties - especially satin - on a cold morning. It's rather bracing. Sometimes, it's even getting to checkout counter when buying them and the woman serving knows they are for me that makes me happy..

Those ponies wouldn't happen to be little, would they?
