    Default Bambino, delivery issues?

    I ordered a pack of Bambinos three weeks back, and they still have not arrived, I was charged for them.... but they don't seem to be responding to my emails,




    Is anyone else having trouble with them right now?

    You should call them if you're worried. You could call FedEx or who ever was shipping it, and ask...Track it on FedEx or UPS online using the tracking number that was likely sent to your email. If all else fails, then threaten to report Bambinos to the BBB. Or, if you were me, drive 20 miles to the warehouse, and complain face-to-face...

    Bambino has a history of doing this tho Grizzy....
    They will disappear for a few weeks then suddenly reappear.

    Well if they've just "disappeared", then wait for them to reappear. If you're confident that they're not gypping you then wait it out, or else write them a letter. In the mail.

    Really? I thought that was ABU. I have never heard of bad service from Bambino.

    I would call 'em up. Bambino is usually very concerned about their online reputation... it's the only way they get customers.

    Give 'em a call or e-mail and ask what is going on... usually they are very good about responding.

    Called both Bamabino and UPS
    UPS cant find the shipping number, and Bambino DID ship it. Never got it.... but its fine.
