yes. I put desitin on first and then powder normally. it also keeps my diaper area dry through out the day and it especially helps keep me dry when I gets real hot and sweaty and not get itchy.

Okay, is there a difference between baby powder and talcum powder? Please don't hate if I don't know

Baby powder is talcum powder with the scent added to it. Some people say it can cause
cancer. Breathing the dust can also be harmful to the person using talcum powder.
I quit using it six months ago and switched to cornstarch powder.

I use baby powder anytime I wear a diaper. It cuts down on any irritation that might happen otherwise and does help keep your skin dry.

I use j&j baby powder at every diaper change. I use talcum in the cool weather and corn starch in the summer.
