    Default Pacifier teeth damage?

    I suck on my paci for a few hours a day.i had braces as a child and have a retainer wired in my mouth.after I take it out my jaw feels weird and I worry if I'm doing any damage to my teeth.any advice

    At your age I don't think there would be any damage to your teeth. The position of your teeth should be set in your mouth by now.

    I have the same problem at times the more I use it the better it gets. I guess my mouth gets used to it over time. I noticed if I use the latex ones that are softer instead of the silicone ones it helps a lot but I only have baby pacis.
