Thread: Anyone here know German?

    Default Anyone here know German?

Guten tag, wie geht es dir?

I am learning German, I know some basic German words like Bittel, Danke Schon, Guten Morgen, and Libensmittel. But I want to be able to carry on a conversation with someone from or in Germany. So does anyone here know fluent German? That would be much appreciated.

    Danke Schon

It's meant to say: "I studied German for my A-levels, but that was almost 4 years ago." I can of you wish, but I'd likely be teaching you incorrectly as I haven't spoken properly and regularly in years

Hallo Malin, wie geht es dir?

you can help me by learning phrases in German. Even just the basics like "What time is it?" and "What day is it?" Just tell me how to say phrases that I say in English in German and I'll look up online how to say it. We can either talk here or PM each other, what ever you choose.

    Danke schon

    Hej,

I can't write PMS because I'm only "Contributor".

"What Time is it?" - "Wie spät ist es?" or "Welche Uhrzeit haben wir?"

    How about "How was work?"

The only German I know is "Ich bin Holzfäller und mir gehts gut". I'm hoping it'll come in handy one day...

Does this video help in the translation...?
