    Hmm... they may be able to launch a probe to Mars, but they seem not to be able to get a link to work.

    It's so cool seeing how technology can get a robot to Mars and for the Robot to find new information and take photos. I am amazed and excited for more to come!

    Default "Curiosity" about the future.

    Today, NASA/JPL successfully landed the Mars rover "Curiosity" - which is the size of a Honda Civic - within 20 feet of its expected landing site. Here's the first picture from the rover. So what do you think about the landing, and where do you think we're going to be scientifically as a race in twenty years?

    I got to watch this live and it was amazing to see everyone working in mission control. I can't wait to see what it can do.

    Very exciting! I watched the livestream as well, it is awesome when everything goes perfectly like that. In 20 years I expect us to be sending people over there but we'll see what happens.
