    Default Fabine nappies/ diapers

Has anyone tried these yet? I came across them online today and they look really good. I also seen a comparison video with these and an M4 on youtube. What do you think?

the fabines were sold last year as a sort of a trial run through ABU. They fit in with most of the other premium diapers for thickness and capacity, however they were very expensive. I don't think enough people tried them to establish a consensus on their performance. The mediums fit about the same as a medium abena, making them slightly smaller fitting than a medium bambino.

After a bit more looking on that web site I notice they have an all white diaper that closely resembles a bambino bianco. Also, the prices they are quoting for the fabines look cheaper than what ABU was selling them for.

I just ordered some the other day from the new shop in Sweden.
I got 8 printed ones and 8 all white ones.

I just hope they are not too big for me.

Cool, good into from both of you. Let us know how you get on with them. To bambinod, I have medium abenas and bambino bellissimo's but the abenas are definitely bigger than the bambinos. Did you try the fabines? And if so, what did you think of them?

I was not overly impressed by fabines given all they hype about a year ago. They are however the best printed adult diaper I have every seen: lots of blue and animal prints were very cute (with the bmx star diapers being the only potential exception, but I refuse to support that child porn site). They absorbed just like most premium diapers; too thick for daily wear but not so thick as to be silly. They are thinner than dry 24/7s, but they leaked less than dry 24/7s at least for me. They are a great diaper, but for the cost they are not even close to worth it. I was happy to try them for about $20 for a 2 pack, but as anything more than a super special occasion they are not great. They are worth a try if you can afford such an expensive treat, but they are nothing more than that.

I just got a case of their new next generation Fabines.....I love'em. There thicker, noiseier, and have larger tapes. They now accept paypal and it takes between 2 and 3 weeks to get them. I live in Illinois

Where do you even buy them?????? I live in the states! Can't find a store online either. I just find places selling 60,000 units at 30 cents a peace in 90 foot containers with a min order of 120,000 units. lol!

I attempted to place an order for a couple bags of their plain white a few weeks ago, directly on buntewindel's web site. Fought through with google translate, and I THINK I got all the info entered correctly, but they've sent a somewhat confusing update. It indicates a possible rejection but the status lines are not in chronological order, and they have not refunded my paypal. I sent them a followup email just now trying to get a clarification. (product or refund!)

Anyone else have direct experience with buntewindel? ABU doesn't appear to be resuming selling fabines. I'm in the USA btw. They DID have USA as a selectable shipping destination, and charged a LOT for shipping, so I don't think it was a "we didn't charge you enough for shipping" or "we don't ship there" issue.

Also bohemian85, how'd you get them to speak english on their storefront?

They look like good diapers but since the company is based out of Germany and the website has pretty poor English translation I just can't see paying so much money to have them shipped over here when we already have two companies making pretty awesome diapers already.

Just a followup, I sent Buntewindel an email reply in simple english and they replied back immediately with a clear response. (thanks for the help, Peachy!) It turns out I'd somehow managed to get the order into the system twice, and so one was cancelled and the other billed and will ship shortly. Yay! Still wondering how you got their website to speak english?
