What tape system do they use on premium baby diapers, Velcro or the sticky glue stuff ? Which one do you think is better on Adult cloth backed diapers

They do use the velcro style tapes on baby diapers, They put a little bit of glue on these tabs (non velcro part of tape) to prevent the velcro sticking to another part of the diaper that can cause the cloth fabric to rip.

Well, in my opinion the velcro style tapes usually stretch and sometimes rip the fabric causing the diaper to fall off sometimes. Some cloth diapers have a plastic tape landing zone allowing for adhesive tapes to stick to it. I prefer this style. If you get anything on the tape before it sticks to the taping panel usually it won't stick as good as you would want to.
