    Default ABUniverse service?

    I was just wondering has anyone ordered from them lately I've read some terrible things about their customer service and some people not recieving what they ordered or that it took a very long time to recieve an order. Or have they done well and cleaned up since then. How were some of your experiences with them?

    Hmmm. The above two posts don't seem related.

    Welcome along btw - I live in the UK so I don't have the luxury of choice (I'd love to try Cushies!), but there are discussions elsewhere about the connections ABU has to (at least what seem to be) thinly veiled child porn websites.

    And I thought this was the introductions page.... and no I won't use ABU due to their connections to certain websites.

    I was really confused when I read that second post... O_o

    With regards to the original post, I have purchased things from AB Universe a few times. Shipping has never taken overly long, and the one time I received the incorrect size, they sent a second box out right away without even asking for me to return the first box. Their customer service has been great and they have had reasonable shipping times (usually 4 or 5 days).

    I have shied away from using ABU any longer. However, when I did, I can say that I never had any issues with their customer service. Apparently, I started ordering from them right around the time they decided to improve their practices. I always received my orders promptly and correspondence with them was answered within a day or two.

    Caveat: I did live in the same state as where the company is based from for a majority of the time I ordered from them. That probably helped. Just thought I'd add that... ^^

    Totally agree on all counts.

    Never used them but from what I've heard it was hit and miss for some people, some got horrific service and some got excellent service. The general consensus is that it has gotten better but their past reputation has yet to win some people over.

    they've cleaned up their customer service issues, but they're involved with some people who engage in borderline kiddie-porn trading. i boycott ABU, and i'd encourage everyone else with a conscience to do the same.

    Wow I didn't know they were into stuff like that I just liked how their product looked but the fact they're involved in things like that disgusts me. Is this really true if so they've covered their tracks fairly well. But If this is true I will in no way support them and just stick to bambinos. Bambino is still a good company right? I hope so
