Default Are velcro trainers cute and childish? Should I buy them?

So my local tesco sells kids Velcro trainers that fit (I'm small) and I was debating getting them, in my adult life I refuse to wear anything but converse shoes, the proper ones with the boot shape. But sometimes I go out in babyish mode and dress in cartoon T shirts and stuff. Not exposing diapers or sucking pacifiers, wouldn't do that personally.

But anyway, what do you think. Are Velcro trainers cute?

...the fact that childish velcro trainers are cute is a borderline axiom

They're so cute my wife wants to buy me a pair. I'd love to find one with the lights. My 3 year old grandson has Spiderman Velcro trainers that light up when he runs, which he does constantly, non stop.

    I'd totally get a pair.

...now I'm tempted to find a pair of light-up ones though. I envy little kids who have those haha!

ahh, you mean 'pumps'. i always did my best not to wear them as a kid because their soles are too thin and they fit like a box.
    anyway, if you can these:
Clothing at Tesco | Sonic the Hedgehog trainer > trainers > Shoes & Boots > kids
i'd say to go for it.
