Default Attention fellow Adult babies: What's Missing?

Does anyone have an idea for a service that is missing from the ABDL community?

    A Website?

    A Product?

    A Seminar?

    A Service?

Or is there something out there already that could use some improvement?

    No answer is too outrageous.

    Please tell me your thoughts!

    Thanks guys,

    B

I don't really know what to say to this. But I'm guessing that there are already enough sites out there dealing with this topic, so that probably wouldn't be it. There's lots of baby products and adult products alike that can be used to cater to the needs of an adult baby, so again, I don't believe that is missing. "A service" ,I don't really know what you're getting at with that one. Do you mean like a daycare? A Diaper/abdl product delivery service? etc.? So, I guess due to process of elimination, a seminar is missing. But I don't know what that would accomplish. Is it a seminar designed to spread Ab/dl awareness? Is it designed to do something else?

I think more info is needed.

I guess what you're saying (without saying) is that you want to earn some money from the ab/dl community by providing a service/product that it currently lacks? What I think the ab/dl community needs are seminars, frankly. Every other lifestyle I'm into (particulary bdsm, but also recently cuckolding as an offshoot of bdsm) has classes and seminars that can show people things they maybe hadn't thought of or different ways to respect their partner within the confines of the lifestyle. I don't know what level of interest there would be in such a thing, though, unless one were to do web seminars where you could get an audience from around the world.

Interesting question! I'll tell you what I've always wanted but could never really get my hands on. I've tried AB/DL hypnosis tapes and, while they didn't actually hypnotize me, they were fun to listen to. I realized what I really wanted was someone to read me an AB/DL type fantasy or scenario designed just for me. The closest I got was someone who did AB/DL hypnosis who was willing to do a custom CD for me. She'd play the mommy role on tape, addressing me directly in a scenario that I chose. What kept me from ordering one was the high cost of that custom recording. I understood why she was charging as much as she did, though. The only other option was to look up one of the adult sites that offer "phone mommies" and custom stories recorded and delivered to you...a really SHORT story for like 40 dollars and that was after you called in (paying toll) to tell them what you wanted. Plus, I didn't want a pornographic story. Just an AB/DL one.

So here's my proposal: How about a service that offers personalized AB/DL audio stories? There could be male and female voices that could act as a mommy, babysitter, nanny, daddy, brother, sister, friend from school, whatever you'd like. Some of the stories could be pre-written. Sort of like a collection of AB/DL stories on tape. Or, they could be totally customized in every detail. Maybe you can offer different lengths at different costs. Like a ten minute story for, say $16.99 or maybe as much as an hour for $59.99.

    Interesting question, also!
For me, I don't really think there's anything. The AB clothing industry (OK, cottage industry! ) does seem to cater more for the girly/sissy side of things more than the boys. And as as a result there's a couple of items of clothing I'd like that I've never found a completely satisfactory source for. Custom ordering is always an option, but I've never been very hasppy with the results of that in the past.

From an economic point of view I suspect that AB market has reached saturation point as far as suppliers go. That is too say it's too small to sustain a large number of companies, and so the number that already exists is quite possibly the maximum.
Also, their seems to have been a separation of the market toward opposite ends of the price spectrum over the last decade as well. Back then there seemed (at least as far as I could see) to be fewer suppliers of ABish stuff. Prices were pretty consistent between them, and from what I saw and heard quality was... somewhat variable.
Today there seems to be a distinct line between the cheaper, lower quality suppliers (I'd put Jumpin Jammerz in that category, for example) and the pricier, high quality ones (for example, Privatina).

If you're seriously thinking about starting a company you'll need to decided which end of the stick to target. Being cheaper can lead to higher turnover, but also likely slim profit margins and you risk getting caught in a classic "race to the bottom" (like the big PC vendors have done over the last decade or so) where you become indistinguishable from your competitors.
If you go for competing on quality, the obvious case study is Apple. Super-dupa margins but comparatively low volume (inspite of being the most valuable tech company in the world, they're still said to account for less then 5% of all global computer sales). Also with this approach you have to appeal to the higher earning ABs, probably the top 10% wealth-wise, which inevitably means locking out the majority (how many of those people drooling over iPads in Apple stores actually buy one, for instance?)

I'm guessing this is a bit of impromptu market research. Were you leaning toward doing anything in particular?

I've had a few ideas for products to sell, but nothing to get excited over yet. I was hoping to start a new market within the community for something that most of us want, but haven't thought of yet (Obviously it's hard to ask for something that hasn't been thought of) I LOVE being an ABDL and if I could provide a service for my community that would make me happy. People who work at apple love the products. I want to love my ABDL products and make some money on the side (so I can buy more diapees!!) Evnetually I'd love to have a secret compartment in my home that leads to my own personal nursery : )

So there is no Idea that is too simple or too far fetched, I just thought that getting some ideas from the community would help my brainstorm.

    Thanks everyone (and keep posting)

Have you tried selling invisible diapers yet? Those sell really quick among the gullible crowd.

The newest market right now is the ABDL premium diaper industry, but I gather you aren't interested in something so involved. I don't think there are too many new markets out there for ABDL's, but you can try being a vendor of goods like modified pacifiers and bottles, which are pretty inexpensive to manufacture at home. Try selling on ebay. Of course, there are other people doing the same thing, but if you can offer a competitive price, you'll probably get some share of the market.

I would second the idea of adult baby clothes, especially for males. I've been hoping Big Baby Boutique would start making snap crotch shortalls again. When they've gone on Ebay, they were too expensive for me to buy. They went over 200.00.

cheap high quality pastic pants available retail; cheqp high quality diapers sold as singles in retail outlets young 'ns can shop in with out embarassment or difficulty. This both ovrt the price and the bulk of transporting the things home. Let's make it easy and cheap to be 13 and indulge!
