Thread: Little help with my order.

    Default Little help with my order.

    So, last time I ordered something that went wrong it was FedEx to blame.
    Now, its the company supplying it.

    I'm sure ya'll heard of the Baby Pants company on Amazon and whatnot.
    I ordered a Nuk 5 bottle top about 2 1/2 weeks ago.
    I contacted them about a week after it was supposed to come.
    They said that a storm came in and that they couldn't get a hold of one to ship out.

    Not a problem, sorta, and they said that they will send it out ASAP.
    Now, question: Should I contact them again?
    It has been a while, but I don't wanna come off as rude.

    Or, should I just return the thing that hasn't come yet and re-order at a later date?
    Or is there something else I can do?

    They're a nice company and I'm sure if you explain the problem to them again they'll give you an answer, just be nice and Curtice and ask for a shipping date, that's all I can really advise, they'll be able to tell you if and when it shipped, then you can figure things out a little more. , I hope that was of assistance ~ Stunner
