Hey welcome to the site!! You'll find we're not really like other diaper sites out there! We're all about the community here, which means for a start you need to introduce yourself properly!

Go and take a look at these links:

    - A guide to getting started!
    - How to make a good first impression!
    - Some FAQs
    - What Adisc is about!
    And most importantly:
    - THE RULES!!!

and then come back and write more about yourself outside of your diaper interests! We want to know all about your hobbies and interests, if you're at school, uni or work, and what colour your bedsheets are! It's ok though, we'll stop short of asking for your cc details and mothers maiden name

Many keep their private life private from the rl, workaday world, and find all the solace and comfort they need in fantasy or online. Your heterosexuality is neither here nor there; it is what it is. Ironically, it appears to me that much of the time straight guys need an Adisc more than non-hetero ones - these being cooler with ab/dl, and generally more accepting and tolerant of straying from the norm.

I am interested in what exactly makes you find other sites "horrible." They graphically sexualize what you consider a matter of warmth, comfort, security, and friendliness? Their communities are more like a collection of self-absorbed hedonists than a community of nice people out to help each other and soothe each others' owies? Their posts are scattershot, poorly worded and poorly spelled affairs?

Personally I make a distinction between horrible in concept and horrible in execution.

Adisc has a mission (and a mission statement; ) to which it adheres and which it achieves better, imo, than those sites run with less devotion, competence, and clarity of vision.

But I do not think Adisc is INTRINSICALLY (or morally) better than diaper porn sites, hard-core fetish sites, art sites, or even the dpf-modeled ones which try to be all things to all people. I do not find them horrible places, or their members horrible people (except maybe for certain of them with a child-porn focus.) These sites are simply (for the most part) not to my taste; but clearly they do something well, or they would not perpetuate themselves. I happen to be all in favor of porn, for instance; I happen not to care for diaper porn. I am furry but not into yiff porn.

So that's my take on it; what's yours? What's horrible about other sites? And what is great about Adisc, in comparison?
