Yeah -- the advert makes no sense at all. "If you don't pay more money for insurance, your insurance company will call you a big baby".

Are people really so stupid that they'll pay extra money so their insurer doesn't call them names?! It's a very odd campaign. I wouldn't want to be doing business with a company that mocks its customers. It's highly unprofessional.
