How do I find someone locally that will change or diaper me?

This is something i have wanted to do my whole life and still have yet to do it
 
Fetlife maybe :/ I was able to accomplish this once back when craigslist personals was around, but have yet to be able to since, though I haven't really looked tbh

Here was my experience

About 20 years ago, like you, I wanted to see what it was like to have someone, a real person, change my diaper. I tried the "find a mommy" route and then I tried the "pay for play" route with paying an escort to do it. Both ways were less than I had hoped for or dreamed of.

The "Mommies" I found through personal ads were not really "mommies" at all but lonely middle-aged women who would do or say anything to be in a relationship with a man. I had to constantly give them "direction" because they were simply not "into it" and in the end, neither was I.

Then I began hiring escorts and I got the same results, only now I had to pay for it. Again, the escorts, like the "mommies" I met, were just not into the ABDL lifestyle. In the end, I just gave up and realized that I do better with just me and my fantasy. Although, at least I did get to experience another adult diapering me, but to be honest, diapering a 200 pound man verses a 20 pound baby, is two entirely different things. Ask anyone who works in a nursing home and they will tell you that it is VERY HARD WORK to diaper another adult. The back injury rate is off the charts in nursing home employees.

Anyway, that was my experience being diapered by an adult.

As BusyBritches has noted, finding ladies are are 'into' treating a grown-up like a baby is a daunting task. My current nanny genuinely enjoys big baby play, and I've had one other who obviously did, but they were separated by about 25 years.

As Speck has said, no stranger is going to change you for free. The most frequent problem I've encountered with other ABs asking guidance in this area is their unwillingness to pay someone for her time. As BusyBritches has pointed out, diapering an adult is hard work. However, if you know anyone in the healthcare field and are willing to pay them an above-average rate for a few hours, my guess is that they'd at least be willing to try.

I've paid every babysitter I've ever had, and I've had about 15 over the past 35 years. Unless you're in a relationship with someone who does not mind diapering and changing you, 'pay to play' is about the only way to fulfill these desires. I'd personally opt for a healthcare professional rather than a pro domme, but that's just me. As BusyBritches says, "giving them direction" is tiring and typically won't produce the results you seek. Healthcare workers, on the other hand, have usually cared for babies (and adults) and can sometimes take charge of the situation. Getting them to treat an adult like an infant, however, is still usually quite a stretch.

Get to know people. Go to meets. Visit with others online / irl. Use fetlife, telegram, etc. You'll find people in your area, and in time, get a change or changing them will happen.

Please don't rush into a situation to get your first diaper change. That could end horribly wrong. There are people that will take advantage of someone that is desperate to meet. The desperation will scare off others. You need to be sure that you are safe during this whole process.

I end up changing a bunch of littles / cubs when I go to furry conventions.

I've changed a fair few ABDL diapers and it was not what I would call hard work. I'm not Mr. Universe by any stretch, either. Smaller people are easier but a lot of what I've changed have been large/XL.

As to how you find someone, I'd echo Mattew. This is an intimate act and not something that I see makes sense to engage in casually most of the time. Get involved and make friends. Try to set expectations ahead of time so that both parties will be getting what they expect from the situation.
 
There's a website care.com. I posted a job wanted for a Senior Caregiver. Special Needs Caregiver is also available. In the Job Description, I stated Services needed include: "Changing my diaper." I'll see if anyone responds.

Yeah, that's probably not a good idea. There was a abdl who did that recently and became pretty famous. Google it.

You’re definitely right about the nursing home back injury rates being high. When my grandmother had her stroke, and she ended up in a home, she had to be diapered. They had equipment to lift her and they mentioned back injuries as being their reason for having what appeared to be this expensive item. She was a pretty heavy woman and her stroke made her even more difficult at times. Grandma, who was 94 at the time, had laid on her floor of her home for over 48 hours, after her stroke before she was found, and she could only repeat a couple of phrases. She would say “diapers, baby” quite often when we were in her room. After a couple of months her sarcasm managed to peek through as her vocabulary increased. My mom mentioned to her that she heard that they had chicken soup for dinner to which she replied “Chicken flew through the kitchen is all.”. She had a few other embarrassing moments for my mom when she took her to my dad’s doctor. After he said something she didn’t agree with she called him a “horse doctor” under her breath and doc Brown heard her. Mom was quite embarrassed when he asked her is grandma had just called him a horse doctor.

I just dealt with this via a PM.....Don't message random people. That is way creepy.

What you should do is introduce yourself to others in the community and be active. Then you approach that subject. If you get no responses, that's okay, just keep making friends.
