If you're in Philly, Passional Boutique on South Street sells ABDL diapers :)
 
I hear there is one in Albany New York. Guess Cuomo needs a depends for his drivel that comes from his trap!

To further elaborate, it's called Supply Solutions iirc. The address is 115 Everett Rd. in Albany. Beth is super nice and friendly, and I'd highly recommend the shop to anyone.
 
I wish we had a place in Pittsburgh that sold ABDL diapers. Sadly, there isn’t.

Well damn... I'm a hour away from there and never knew about it!
 
Resurrecting an old thread here. I visited Passional recently. Nice folks. They still have a small ABDL section upstairs with a selection of Rearz and ABU diapers and onesies. One of the employees and I had an exchange about diapers and ABDL generally. She wasn’t into it but she was kind and we had a great discussion. I also felt compelled to buy a new paci and bottle. If you do go, stop at Ishkanibble’s next door for a great Philly cheesesteak.
