i am asking if anyone else, has had their personal information miss handled by Ontex?
they asked me to evaluate some new products of theirs after I complained about the quality of their slips. I received a package, with two other people delivery notes, and not my own. This gave me two peoples addresses and phone numbers, and what they had ordered.
I did raise this with the ICO, and Ontex assured me that this was an isolated incident, and they took steps to ensure it wouldn't happen again.
Has this happened to you with them???
