I’m looking for pull ups that would fit a 36-38 inch waste that crinkles really obnoxiously that I can wear overnight for wetting I would just wear abu space diapers but I have had too many times I had to go #2
 
Pull-ups all have clothlike covers, so no crinkles. The best of them don't hold that much but if you're committed, you should try Abena's Abri-Flex or Northshore Care's FlexSupreme Pull-On Underwear. People have reasonably good reports of both of those.
