So, me and Tiny have been talking about his profile picture for a couple of days, I vaguely remember a game where you can customize these characters but I can't remember what it is or where its from!

Anyone else seen it before?

Yes, that is very obviously Naruto

It has been made to look like that character but it was made on a game, you could make girl characters too, it wasn't drawn to be him

Also: You can't just build the avatar like that on the site, you have to purchase the items the avatar is wearing to be able to use them. I have a pretty old account that I don't really use and some of the stuff that was cheap then is stupid expensive now.

You might be able to find a site that will let you put the avatar together just to use as a profile picture elsewhere, but I don't know where that might be.

Gaia online was another that had online avatar customization with characters similar to that.
