I don’t understand why adisc has a PG 13+ rule flr it’s posts when it’s an 18+ website. Why do they completely ignore the entire sexual culture of the ABDL spectrum. This is such a bad website, and this is why it will eventually not be able to fund itself. they shun half of the community and lose so many potential people on this website.

I like the pg13 rules, I’ve seen some other website content that is flat out raunchy and topics that are extremely disgusting.
Also on the same websites that host “sexual abdl” there tends to be more trolling.
I’m fairly active on Fet, and there are some topics that re-affirm why this site is better when it comes to group discussions.

Sorry to sound blunt if one does not like forum rules one knows where the meterforical door is !
I’ve been a member for 4 years and the rules have worked well so no need to change them

Honestly, I kind of like the atmosphere the site has considering this is a support site. The rule make sense IMHO, as there are already a lot of sites out there based off the sexualization of our fetish/lifestyle/whatever you call it. Seeing some of the garbage that goes on on those sites, and its nice to have a place where it is safe to discuss things with out having to flee from creepers, unwanted advances, and sexual content.

The other concern, without speaking for Moo and staff, is unwanted legal issues that can arise with that type of content. In light of the new laws around online sexual exploitation, I could see why it wouldn't be changed. Before, it could of been hosting issues. A lot of hosting services actually have policies against hosting adult content.

A similar thread about this was recently posted. Our fearless leader MOO has the answer to your question:

Why PG-13

Pfft. If you want sexual content, you'll have to go elsewhere to get it. I -like- having a place where I don't need to worry about what I'm going to run onto. :p

I'm sure there are pages and pages of kinky stuff over THERE. *points at the rest of the internet* Let people like me who don't 'get it' have their space to not deal with it, please. :3

As someone who has had their wrist slapped here for linking outside and a negative rep point (or whatever it’s called) I too thought it was harsh and over the top but I have since realised although membership is for 18+ people from outside the membership can also read topics here.

The only thing that needs to be changed is Azie. [emoji12]

Further more, Moo could be deemed liable for something possibly happening, or even bring a whole lot of unwanted attention to everyone.

As others have said, this is not a pornography venue, it's a support site, and while somethings 18+ are mentioned, it's not very graphic. This is for conversation, tips, support, and ect. While I do believe that younger people need a good support group, it's not worth it if the consequences come crashing down.

Ok when then why don’t we just make the site 13+ if it’s so pure.

I guess you can think of it as more of a support community for adults.

My guess is keeping kids out is 1. For their safety so the site doesn’t attract creeps and 2. It’s not supposed to be a credited medical site dealing with issues that might be fragile for youths and their guardians.

Speaking from personal experience on this one

just because things are kept “pure” doesn’t mean things can’t go terribly wrong when adults and teens interact. I myself was once a teen little. A man in his 30s acted like he was taking me under his wing, the public conversations started out pure “I like Barney, that’s my favorite show, is it yours?” And after a while we exchanged emails because we had a lot in common. That’s where things went terribly wrong. I didn’t know that he was a registered sexual offender, and I was 15 and too naive to not follow him. You sadly can’t background check everyone who comes to these kinds of sites, so for the safety of the young people out there, this site is 18 and up. It’s a shame the world is that way, but that’s the way it is.

I was going to say the same. I always thought that ADISC was the diaper site for the intelligent AB/DLs......haha. Anyway, how many times can you say, "I'm masturbating in my piss shitty diaper!" See, we can go blue, or is that brown?

I literally spat out my drink. Oh my god. That’s the reason I’m a member of THIS site and not THOSE sites.

based on what you guys said here i wouldn't be surprised if half of you believed that the "i'm over 18" checkbox on porn sites is stopping minors from entering those sites

i'm trying to say that you guys are dumb if you think that people actually respect the 18+ rules on the internet. even if i was a minor there'd be no way for anyone to know. because how would anyone know? it'd be impossible. everyone is anonymous here

That not really a surprise, no one thinks it is, however, it does help with the ones that do get in. It can be said they were told not to be here and liability becomes a little easier.

I'm with everyone, I like the rules. Keeps the creepers at bay, as well as those that don't know when to shut up. Much prefer this to some of the stuff I find.

no, you don't get what i'm trying to say. a lot of people here geniuniely believe that everyone respects that rule. i remember seeing a thread where someone asked how hard was it for the underage members to wait until their 18th birthday when that rule became a thing. i just couldn't believe what i was reading

I have seen members here trip themselves up by saying things like "I'm a sophomore in high school..." and "...I'm 17...". No doubt there probably are some here who are under 18 and if they're smart enough won't be caught.

Not here, but another forum that was 18 and over, I saw a member literally post a thread saying “I’m 15 and f*** you if you think you’re making me leave!” *instabanned* underage members tend to “out” themselves rather quickly if they aren’t smart. They aren’t as mature as most adults, and just the way they post gives them away. But if they manage to fit in, they are here without legal permission, and therefore, staff here can not get in as much trouble.
