My understanding is anything w metal will pick
up. One reason so many things like onesies and plastic pants have plastic snaps.
 
I use Snappis when wearing cloth.

It takes more than a "snap" to set off the WTMD. If it did, everybody's zippers and eyeglasses, women's bra stays, etc.. would be setting it off continually.
